Executive Assistant Intern Position
Educational Background:
Currently enrolled students from top universities or fresh graduates from related fields (2024-2025 graduates preferred), especially in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Experience in handling confidential documents and understanding of business operations is preferred.
Collaboration Tools:
Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Dropbox, Slack, Google Docs, and executive management platforms like Microsoft Teams.
Workstyle & Adaptability:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, with a keen ability to handle sensitive information.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian is an advantage.
Interest & Passion:
Passionate about business management, executive planning, and efficiency.
Time Commitment:
Availability to work 3-5 days per week, with the flexibility to adapt to executive needs.
