UI/UX Design Intern Position
Educational Background:
Currently enrolled students from top universities or fresh graduates from related fields (2024-2025 graduates preferred), especially in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Collaboration Tools:
Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Dropbox, Slack, Google Docs, and design project management platforms like Asana or Trello.
Workstyle & Adaptability:
- Strong adaptability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced design environment while managing several design projects.
- Proven creativity and attention to detail in visual and interaction design.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationales.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian is an advantage.
Interest & Passion:
Passionate about UX/UI design, digital trends, and enhancing user experiences through thoughtful design.
Time Commitment:
Availability to work 3-5 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to project timelines.
