Welcome to Global New Energy Academy

GNEA is an international training and education organization focused on electric vehicles (EV) and the green transition. We support partners from vocational schools to corporate academies by building structured training programs, enabling instructors, and helping learners gain practical, employable skills.

If you are launching EV programs, upgrading curriculum, or preparing teams for EV technology, we’ll help you implement a training pathway that works in the real world.

What We Offer

For Individuals (B2C)

We provide role-focused learning pathways covering EV fundamentals and practical skills, with certificate options available for select tracks depending on the program.

Our Global Impact

Thailand icon
In collaboration with the Local Government Authorities in Education sector and one of the top Chinese EV brands, we are co-developing curriculums on EV technology and renewable energy systems, establishing certification programs and training facilities to prepare a skilled workforce for Thailand's green energy sector.
Singapore icon
By working with one of the largest Singapore Automotive Retail and the Singapore first Automotive Academy, we’ve introduced new standards in EV maintenance and repair. These partnerships have helped create employment opportunities while promoting sustainable practices in the automotive industry.
Indonesia icon
Supporting the Local Government Authorities in Education sector, we’ve developed vocational institutions focusing on green energy and digital education. Our programs address critical talent gaps in Indonesia’s rapidly expanding energy sector and foster collaboration between Chinese and Indonesian experts.
Brazil icon
Partnering with one of the top Science and Engineering Universities and National largest vocational training platforms, we’ve introduced advanced educational models, emphasizing practical training and certifications. This initiative supports Brazil’s drive toward sustainable industrial growth.

    Why Partners Choose GNEA

Global New Energy Academy is built for implementation not just theory. We help you turn EV training into a structured program that learners can complete and employers can trust.

    Practical, Role-Based Curriculum

We design training around what learners must do on the job, not just what they must know. Each pathway is built with clear learning outcomes tied to real tasks, so partners can confidently align training to workforce requirements. Depending on your audience, this can include foundations like EV system overview and safety, plus applied modules such as basic diagnostics logic, component identification, and service-ready workflows.

We also support partner alignment on how to evaluate skill progression (knowledge checks, practical exercises, and applied assessments), so results are measurable and easy to report.

    Modular Program Design

Our programs are modular by design, which makes them easier to deploy, adapt, and scale. Partners can deliver modules as short workshops, blended learning, or longer pathways, depending on timelines, learner profiles, and delivery constraints.
This structure helps you build step-by-step progression (from fundamentals to applied practice), avoid overwhelming learners, and keep programs consistent across cohorts. It also allows phased rollouts: start with a pilot module, validate delivery, then expand to additional modules as capacity grows.

Partner-Centered Delivery We collaborate closely with institutions, enterprises, and public stakeholders to ensure programs work locally and can be sustained beyond a single cohort. That means aligning early on the target audience, training goals, delivery format, and operational constraints (instructor capacity, schedule, equipment availability, and learner readiness).
For partner rollouts, we can support program planning and coordination, including instructor preparation (train-the-trainer), training materials organization, and deployment sequencing. The goal is to make training practical to run, easy to repeat, and reliable in quality, without creating extra burden for your internal teams.

    Certification Pathways

For select programs, learners receive proof of completion and/or skills validation aligned with the program’s learning outcomes. We recommend defining what the certificate represents (skills covered, level of mastery, and completion requirements) so it is meaningful for learners and credible for employers. Where assessments are included, we help partners structure evaluation methods that match the training format, such as completion milestones, knowledge checks, and practical demonstrations.
We also encourage partners to communicate certificate value clearly (who it’s for, what it proves, and how it supports employability or progression), so certification strengthens trust rather than feeling like a generic badge.
